To make a delicious hot brew, ensure to brew at the perfect temperature of 100ºC/212ºF. Begin by boiling 1L of filtered water, pour it over the filter, and allow it to steep for 20 minutes. Finally, add some ice and cold filtered water to complete the process.
For those who prefer a cold brew, put the filter in a 2-3L pitcher, fill it with filtered or cooled boiled water (recommended), and store it in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Once ready, remove the filter and serve.
